Notes2 copies. Albert Bernhardt Faust, Professor of German in Cornell University. ---- Faust was born April 20, 1870 in Baltimore, Maryland, and died February 8, 1951, in Ithaca, New York. After attending Scheib's Zion Schoon he studied at Johns Hopkins University, where he received his Ph.D. He taught German at Johns Hopkins, Wesleyan University in Connecticut, the University of Wisconsin, and Cornell University, where he became a full professor. He retired in 1938.
