AbstractExhibit will feature the life and work of paririe landscape architect Jens Jensen (born in Dybbol, Schleswig and emigrated to Decorah, Iowa, before moving to work in Chicago) and the conservationist Ernest Oberholtzer (born and raised in Davenport, Iowa), who became known as a naturalist, a key explorer of the Minnesota-Canadian boundary waters, and an expert on the culture and language of the Ojibwa Indians.
