AbstractJoachim and Sophia (Cammin) Wiese immigrated with their infant son to America in 1868, settling in Chicago. On their ship's passenger list they indicated they had resided in Barkow or Borkow; the author believes they may have come from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
