AbstractReprint of an article that appeared in the Jan. 25, 1888 issue of the Moravian, in which the author tries to answer two questions: "Why do so many people think the Moravian Church is composed mainly of Pennsylvania Germans? And, what proportion of our membership consist of Pennyslvania Germans?" Also briefly discusses the "peculiar dialect . . . sometimes spoken of as 'Herrnhut Deutsch.'"
