MKI AnnotationWelterlösung --- Rappaport, Philip (1845-1913). Editor and attorney, Freethinker. Came to the US in 1863, settling first in Wheeling, West Viriginia. Studied law in Cincinnati. Move to Indianapolis, where, in 1874, he purchased the German Daily Tribune, laer known as the Indians Tribune. Wrote and lectured on economic and social issues.
