MKI AnnotationUnabhängigkeits-Erklärung. --- Julius Bruck (pseudonym of Adolf Sonnenthal) was born October 14, 1833 in Brieg, Province of Silesia, and died June 20, 1899 in Leipzig. He was assistant physician in the New York Steuben Regiment during the Civil War. He practiced medicine in Newark, New Jersey and for a time was editor of the Zickel'schen Zeitschriften. He returned to his homeland in 1885.
